We do not collect payment card details through this website.

Your information is used only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, deliver the agreed work and keep records of the project.

We may contact you by your preferred method — WhatsApp, phone or email — about the request you submitted.

File uploads

Files attached to a quote request are stored privately and are accessible only to Teacha Designz. They are used solely to understand and price your project.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Information is shared with third parties only where necessary to deliver your project — for example a printing or hosting supplier — or where required by law.

Retention

Enquiry and project records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet business and legal record-keeping requirements.
