Quotations

Submitting this form does not confirm an order, final price or completion date. A project becomes confirmed only after the scope, quotation and payment arrangements are approved.

Every quotation is prepared for a specific scope and is valid for the period stated on it.

Pricing

Prices are estimates and may change based on the number of pages, features, content, integrations and project requirements. Domain registration, hosting, platform subscriptions, payment gateways, premium applications, licences, transaction fees, photography, major copywriting and ongoing maintenance are charged separately unless included in the written quotation.

Deposits and payment

Projects begin after the scope is approved and the agreed deposit is received. The balance is due as set out in the quotation, and before final files are released, a website is launched or a large-format item is installed.

Revisions

The number of revision rounds included is stated in the quotation. Additional revisions, or changes that fall outside the approved scope, are quoted separately.

Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for supplying accurate content, logos, text, measurements and approvals in good time. Delays in supplying materials or approvals will move the delivery date.

For large-format work, the client confirms all measurements and placement details before production begins.

Approval and production

Work proceeds to production or launch only after written approval of the final proof. Once an item has been printed or installed, changes require a new order.

Ownership and usage

Final approved artwork is transferred to the client once the project has been paid in full. Teacha Designz retains the right to display completed work as portfolio samples unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Source files, fonts, stock assets and third-party licences remain subject to their own licence terms.

Third-party services

Domain registration, hosting, platform subscriptions, payment gateways, premium applications and transaction fees are provided by third parties and are charged separately unless included in the written quotation.

Cancellations

If a project is cancelled after work has started, deposits cover work already completed and are non-refundable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica.
